General Policy (Due to Perishability)

Due to the perishable nature of our cold-pressed juices and wellness shots, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or consumed product.

Refunds for Quality/Damage Issues

If your product arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:   
- Timeline: You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.   
- Proof: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, spoilage, or incorrect order.   
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement order at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations and Changes

- Cut-off Time: Changes or cancellations must be requested 48 hours before your scheduled shipping date.   - Subscription Management: Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time before the 48-hour cut-off via the Customer Portal.

Ordering & Delivery Cut-off

To ensure the freshest quality and proper scheduling, all orders must be placed a minimum of  24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. This applies to one-time purchases and new subscription orders. We cannot guarantee same-day or next-day delivery unless specifically advertised.
