At DIS GUD Juicery, we are committed to providing you with the freshest, cold-pressed wellness shots. Because our products are raw and highly perishable, we have established the following guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted, perishable nature of our cold-pressed juices and wellness shots, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind or taste preference.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@disgudjuicery.com with a photo of the product and the packaging. We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or a credit toward your next order.
Cancellations & Subscriptions
For subscription orders, you may pause or cancel your plan at any time through your account portal. However, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup to avoid being charged for that cycle.
Delivery Hand-Off

Attendance Required: To guarantee the integrity of your order, we strongly recommend someone be present to receive the delivery.

Unattended Deliveries: If you are not home, our drivers will leave the order at your doorstep. However, DIS GUD LLC is not responsible for spoilage if the product is left outside in high temperatures for an extended period.

Safe Placement: We will do our best to place orders in shaded areas, but the customer assumes all risk once the delivery is completed.
Freshness & Temperature Control

Keep Refrigerated: Our juices and wellness shots are raw and unpasteurized. They must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival to maintain potency and prevent spoilage.

Shelf Life: Please refer to the "Enjoy By" date on your bottle. Typically, our juices are best consumed within 3–5 days of delivery.
Local Delivery Only

We currently offer local delivery only within our designated service area to ensure that our juices remain at a safe, chilled temperature from our kitchen to your door. We do not offer shipping at this time.
